This platter is crafted by a local women’s group in Hebron, Palestine that strive to alleviate local poverty and unemployment, whilst sustaining Palestinian handicraft workmanship traditions. A beautiful addition to your kitchen that is a keeper!

Khitam hand paints all of the ceramics. Working in a community with high unemployment enables her to economically support herself and her family; she summarized the impact and her feeling towards this undertaking is a few words; she said, "now I cannot live without it”.
