We’re enchanted by this coffee from Honduras. The gentle sweetness and supple smoothness of its taste is unmatched by any other coffee on our menu. Level Ground has worked to keep the gentle brightness of this coffee in the cup while sweetening the natural sugars present in this mid-grown Arabica. The versatile nature of this coffee means that it pairs well with any meal or at any time of day. It’s delicious in a cold brew, full flavoured & powerful in a French press, and sweetly playful in the pour-over of your choice.
