In 1986, Shared Earth was just a little shop in York. Jeremy Piercy, founder and Managing Director, travelled to India after leaving school and wanted to do something to help redress the imbalance of wealth in the world. In the present day, this WFTO (World Fair Trade Organization) certified brand is the largest carrier of Fair Trade products in the UK. They partner with dozens of groups from Asia and Africa to create a fairer, more sustainable world!
