Thumb pianos are also know as Kalimbas and sometimes referred to as Karimbas or Bmbiras. Different sounds are achieved by plucking down on the 7 metal keys.

This item may become out of tune while in transit but there is a fix. Slightly loosen the 2 screws just enough to spread the keys apart or push them together as necessary and they can also be slightly pushed down or pulled up as needed and then tighten the screws. Be mindful not to over tighten either screw.
