Ingredients: Pumpkin pieces, Rainforest Alliance Certified Kenyan black tea, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, nutmeg, orange peel, licorice root, clove, natural cinnamon flavour.

Steep 1 tsp of tea in 1 cup of boiled water for 5 minutes. Package makes 40 cups of tea. 

Contains: 120 g of loose leaf, medium caffeine black tea.
